Special Orders
Yume Sports endeavors to source the best performance automotive parts from around the world. Some of these items we acquire are custom, produced in low quantities or not readily available in North America.
Special Orders are non-refundable once the order is placed and paid for. We will give our best estimations for shipping pricing and timing of the product based on our industry knowledge and estimations provided to us by our shippers and suppliers. However, Yume Sports has no control over the production times, shipping incidentals and other factors that may influence the timing of the arrival.
Cancellations and Returns
Cancellations initiated before shipping will be processed with a 5% cancellation fee. If the order has already shipped, you must contact a Yume Sports customer service representative to start the return process. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover expenses incurred through additional administrative, processing and restocking times. Items must be returned in brand new condition with all the original parts. Shipping, handling and transaction fees would not be returned. All returns must be processed with in 72 hours of picking up or receiving the product. Cancellation and Return rules do not apply to special orders.
